Priyanka Shah is the Founder and CEO of Value Plus Capital, where she leads with a deep commitment to helping investors build long-term wealth through strategic, passive real estate investments. With a background in engineering (B.Tech) and a passion for real estate, Priyanka has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2016. Her unique blend of analytical skill, business acumen, and client-focused leadership has shaped Value Plus Capital into a trusted investment platform. Over the years, Priyanka has cultivated extensive knowledge in property acquisition, due diligence, deal structuring, and market analysis. As a licensed Realtor and investor herself, she understands both sides of the table—making her a strong advocate for transparent and investor-aligned opportunities. Priyanka leads a specialized team of real estate professionals, including contractors, lenders, attorneys, and agents, who work in sync to evaluate, acquire, and manage high-performing multifamily assets across growing U.S. markets. Together, they’ve built a streamlined system that minimizes investor risk while maximizing potential returns. She and her team have also completed intensive training under the Fortune Builders Mastery Program, one of the nation's top real estate investing platforms. This training, backed by the experience of coaches who’ve executed over 1,000 deals, has given Priyanka the operational systems and strategic insights needed to scale Value Plus Capital with precision and consistency.
